Key Advertising Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for booking general display newspaper and digital advertising, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
\

* Deliver customer-focused services to clients, ensuring their needs are met
\
* Create, book and maintain advertising placements for clients across print and digital platforms
\
* Process advertising bookings and assist in the preparation of advertising proposals
\
* Develop skills in media buying, planning, and understanding the media landscape
\
* Manage internal system processes to ensure smooth placement of advertising material for campaigns
\
* Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external clients
\
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and regularly engage with departments to ensure campaign success
\
* Prepare weekly sales reports, presentations and projects
\
* Maintain accurate client and revenue records
\
\
Requirements:
\
\
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred
\
* 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role
\
* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
\
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
\
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
\
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
\
* Basic understanding of marketing principles and advertising formats
\
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\
