About the Position: 
This full-time role is based in Perth and offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of properties. Working Monday to Friday, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end property management, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and efficient operations. The role is ideal for an experienced property manager who is organised, proactive, and passionate about the industry.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage a portfolio of ~100 properties (residential and occasional commercial).
- Conduct property condition reports, routine inspections, and bond finalisations.
- Handle tenant relations, including lease renewals, maintenance requests, and conflict resolution.
- Arrange and oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors.
- Market and lease rental properties, including advertising and viewings.
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (WA).
- Maintain accurate records using Property Tree software.
- Complete administrative tasks and prepare property management reports.
- Provide exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management.
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (WA).
- Proficiency with Property Tree or similar software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
- High attention to detail and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team.
- Positive, solutions-focused mindset.
