Customer field technician i orange

We're looking for people based in Orange who enjoy practical, hands‐on work and are open to trying something new. People with experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, construction, civils, hospitality, customer service, manufacturing and similar industries thrive in this role. As a Customer Field Technician, you will work independently to complete a variety of tasks across different nbn technologies. Your day-to-day work includes installations, repairs, maintenance, and supporting customers in their homes or businesses. Working hours are between 7am and 7pm, with flexibility based on business needs. You will receive full training, all required tools, and ongoing support so you feel confident and set up for success.

• Install copper or fibre cabling and set up customer equipment.
• Identify and fix faults, ensuring customers feel supported and informed throughout the process.
• Apply safe work practices and follow nbn safety procedures consistently.
• Manage workload independently while maintaining quality work standards.

• Prior experience in a trade, hands‐on technical job or customer‐focused role is highly valued (plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, labouring, construction, mechanical work, hospitality or manufacturing).
• Strong commitment to safety, clear communication skills, and a current, clean Driver's Licence.
• Enjoy hands‐on work, problem‐solving, and working independently.
