Community Services #1 is a profit for purpose organisation dedicated to supporting people and families in the ACT and surrounding NSW regions. With over 200 employees and volunteers, we deliver programs that address community needs and foster a sense of belonging.
About the Role:
* Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day management of the program.
* Support educators in daily operations and reflective practices.
* Support the Centre Director to ensure that the program in compliance with relevant regulations and legislations.
* Support the Centre Director in performing administrative duties, i.e., external communication, budget discussions, families etc.
About you:
* Has previously worked as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator.
* Has a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or School Age Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
* Available for open and close, and responsible person tasks.
* Hold a current unrestricted ACT Working with Vulnerable People card.
* Hold National Police Check, current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
