The admin team plays a vital role in ensuring older Australians live with dignity and respect in a well-structured environment.

* Coordinating rosters, human resources administration, and general office support
* General administration and reception duties
* Supporting resident admissions, finance, and accounts management
* Facilitating human resource administration and quality improvement activities
* Managing records and document preparation
* Assisting with meeting coordination and minute taking
Requirements:
* Qualification or experience in business, administration, or related fields
* Rostering experience in Aged Care
* Exceptional organisational skills and proactive mindset
* NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
