Required Skills and Qualifications
* Academic Requirements: GCSE grade 5 (B) or above in Maths, GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in English Language, 3 additional GCSEs grade 4 and above, and HNC Civil Engineering or Level 4 Civil Engineering Senior Technician apprenticeship/Construction Site Engineering Technician

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with experienced engineers on design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects
* Communicate effectively at all levels: assist with planning and coordination of site activities, maintain good working relationships with clients, designers, supply chain, and others
* Gain hands-on experience with engineering tools and processes, learn how to use specialist setting out equipment
* Learn to overcome challenges on live projects, drive quality through effective planning and right-first-time delivery
* Work closely with our skilled workforce, applying your learning and knowledge in real-world scenarios
* Maintain high personal standards in health and safety, maintain high standards in environmental awareness and behaviour, monitoring and recording delivery against the agreed programme and construction methods
