Job Title: Scheduler
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage work schedules for our branches across QLD, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate jobs between trucks to service various building sites for our branches
* Establish strong working relationships with Branch Managers and stakeholders
* Respond promptly to phone calls and email enquiries from clients
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve concerns or issues efficiently
* Administer bookings and optimize schedules to achieve maximum branch profitability
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Customer Service experience in Construction/Building Services
* Strong administrative skills, including data entry
* Ability to think critically and outside the box
* Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
