Reporting to the GM of People and Culture, and with the support of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent. You’ll collaborate closely with department heads, hiring managers, and external stakeholder to understand our business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, frameworks, processes, and tools. You will also be the product owner of our recruitment systems, Employee Value Proposition, referral programs, Agency relationships, and advertising platforms.

Key deliverables:
* Build and execute on talent strategies.
* Uphold high standards to ensure a positive and industry leading candidate experience.
* Source talent through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
* Conduct screenings and interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make shortlisted recommendations to hiring managers.
* Support the Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external stakeholders.
* Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, and reportings.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
* Collaborate with P&C to ensure a seamless Offers and onboarding experience for new hires.
* Be the product owner and ensure first class implementation of our Employee Value Proposition into the way we work.
About you:
* Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills
* Previous experience launching and embedding an employee value proposition would be well regarded.
* Passion for continuous improvement and evolving every aspect of the role to bring our employee value proposition to life and create a “little BB magic”.
* Enjoy being creative and thinking outside the box to build and highlight our fabulous brand both in the market and internally.
* Passion and energy for ensuring strong candidate experience, educating, and coaching hiring managers and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
* Experience with LiveHire, or similar systems.
