Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant

This senior level position will involve working on meaningful, hands-on projects that build smart, scalable solutions. You'll be involved in end-to-end delivery across a range of projects, in a collaborative consulting environment that values technical curiosity, practical problem-solving, and continuous learning.
* Building, configuring and customising solutions in Dynamics 365 CE (on-prem and online)
* Developing using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Azure services
* Creating and managing entities, forms, views, and workflows
* Extending D365 with plugins, custom workflow activities, or JavaScript as needed
* Building Power Automate flows and contributing to Power Apps solutions
* Supporting solution design, backlog refinement, and agile delivery practices
* Working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand and deliver on business requirements
* Collaborating with project teams including business analysts, consultants, and testers
Requirements
* 4+ years experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (on-prem and cloud)
* .NET/C# skills for plugin or extension development
* Hands-on knowledge of configuring forms, views, business rules, and workflows
* Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate and model-driven apps)
* Experience with Power Pages, Project Operations, Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service
* A strong understanding of system integration and customization approaches
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
