About the role
As a Sales Success Coordinator, you will be the behind the scenes force driving seamless sales campaigns. You will support agents, clients and stakeholders, ensuring every deal moves smoothly from prep to under contract.
Duties
• Coordinate end to end property campaigns
• Be the go to for agents and clients
• Manage listings, contracts and compliance
• Schedule photographers and liaise with conveyancers
• Keep timelines, communication and documentation on track
• Champion client service and team culture
Skills & experience
• Admin or office background with strong IT skills
• Confident communicator with customer first mindset
• Organised, detail focused and deadline driven
• Tec -savvy with Microsoft Office skills
• Real estate experience a bonus
