Role Summary

">

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Vice President, Credit Documentation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to leverage their expertise in credit and transaction management to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

* Partner with Business Teams: Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to ensure consistent delivery across the firm's commercial and investment bank.
* Drive Transaction Execution: Oversee the end-to-end transaction execution process, providing leadership, transparency, and accountability across support teams.
* Deliver Best-in-Class Credit Documentation: Manage the preparation, negotiation, and execution of credit/product agreements, deal closing process, and ownership of sourcing and reviewing client constitutional documents and conditions precedent.
* Manage Controls Framework: Prepare and coordinate documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


Requirements:

* Minimum 10 Years' Experience: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in either credit and transaction management, credit execution, front office, credit, or legal documentation space.
* Credit and Documentation Knowledge: Strong knowledge of core lending products/agreements, such as loans and trade finance, with specific local market knowledge where required.
* Relationship Management: Effective relationship management and partnership with business, technology, and corporate groups.
* Decision-Making Capabilities: Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution.


Preferred Qualifications:

* Documentation Knowledge: Knowledge of Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA)/Loan Market Association (LMA) documentation is preferred and advantageous.
