Your new role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant or Recruitment Consultant ideally with a background in face‐to‐face and phone‐based sales, 360° Recruitment, or Client Management ready to drive business growth, build client relationships, and deliver exceptional candidate care. Your background in sales or recruitment, combined with confidence in cold calling and business development, will position you for success in this fast‐paced, high‐impact role.
A day in the life of the PERSOL crew (Recruitment Consultant)
* Build and grow your client portfolio through weekly meetings and targeted sales calls
* Drive market share with cold calling, market mapping, and reverse marketing
* Generate creative candidate attraction strategies and source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
* Close sales by providing high‐quality candidate talent for customer position openings
* Proactively connect and build relationships with active and passive job seekers
* Manage all job orders with speed and precision
* Collaborate with internal teams and national clients
Your experience
* Minimum of 12 months' experience in 360° recruitment, sales, account management, or client management
* Driven, proactive, and target‐focused
* Experience working in a high‐pressure environment, meeting deadlines
* Consultative, solutions‐oriented, and resilient
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets
