We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Security Business Unit and drive strategic growth.
The Opportunity: As the General Manager (GM), you'll lead our Security Business Unit, steering operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
This is a high-impact role for a visionary leader who can balance tactical execution with long-term growth—ensuring we remain at the forefront of the security industry.
In addition to excellent communication skills and five-star customer service attributes, the role requires the aptitude and knowledge to apply security risk and hazard management principles in the work environment.
The ability to maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management and key stakeholders including state & federal law enforcement agencies to deliver security that meet the needs of the client, will be paramount to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Lead & Grow: Develop and execute the unit's strategy to expand market share, revenue, and profitability.
Operational Mastery: Oversee all security operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and top-tier service delivery.
Client Focus: Strengthen relationships with key clients and partners, acting as the face of the business.
Financial Stewardship: Manage P&L, budgets, and cost optimization while maximizing ROI.
Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
What We're Looking For: Experience: 10+ years in security operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership (e.g., Director/GM role).
Proven P&L management and business development success.
Skills: Strategic thinker, financially savvy, and adept at stakeholder management.
Knowledge of physical and security tech, and compliance standards.
Leadership: A decisive, motivational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Security Management, or related field.
