About the Opportunity:
PARC Engineering is seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Advisor to join our expanding team on a 2:1 roster. This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to the health, safety, and environmental management across a wide range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the HSE representative for PARC Engineering
* Provide expert health, safety, and environmental advice, ensuring compliance with OHS&E regulations and company safety policies.
* Conduct workplace investigations, including ICAMs, audits, and risk assessments, while identifying incident trends and building strong relationships with clients.
* Promote and drive a strong safety culture across the site, while liaising with key stakeholder to ensure continuous improvement in safety outcomes.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE Advisory role, ideally within the mining or construction industry.
* Strong understanding of HSE legislation, with the ability to manage multiple sites effectively.
* Experience with workplace investigations and audits, including ICAMs.
* Experience with Civil, SMP, and E&I projects.
* Procore experience is desirable but not essential.
* Valid Construction Induction Card (White/Blue), First Aid certification, and a full, unrestricted Australian driver's license.
* Ability to pass a comprehensive medical examination and drug and alcohol screening.
* Must have Australian working rights.
