Telecommunications Field Supervisor Job Description
The role of a Telecommunications Field Supervisor is to oversee the delivery of large-scale NBN ODM construction projects.
* Lead and coordinate field staff and subcontractors in achieving high-quality results.
* Conduct site assessments and surveys to inform project planning.
* Manage project timelines and schedules to meet key milestones.
* Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and best practices.
This position requires 5 years' experience in external plant network construction, as well as proven leadership skills and proficiency in Excel and contract management.
Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordinate field teams to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
2. Develop and implement effective project plans and strategies.
3. Manage budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree or certification in a related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in external plant network construction.
* Proven track record of leadership and team management.
