Our culture is exciting, challenging and focused on innovation, giving our people a supportive environment where work life balance is encouraged.About the role: This permanent night shift position works 10pm - 6am, and requires you to maintain high quality standards, drive continuous improvements, and act as a back up supervisor when needed.What you'll be responsible for:Support site quality and food safety performance, working closely with operations and cross functional teams.Drive audit readiness, continuous improvement and GMP best practices.Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits and HACCP reviews.Lead investigations into consumer complaints, non conforming materials and production issues.Provide training and guidance to the production team on quality and food safety systems.Contribute to root cause investigations and data driven problem solving.What you'll bring to the role:A tertiary qualification in Food Science, Science or related field.2+ years' experience in food safety or quality assurance.Practical knowledge of HACCP principles and internal auditing.Strong communication and problem solving skills.The ability to manage time effectively and adapt to a fast paced environment.What can you expect in return?
