The Role
As Compliance and Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring our business operations meet legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements while also driving the promotion of our organisation and its subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee leasing, grants, and contract agreements to ensure compliance and value creation
* Lead stakeholder engagement, building strong relationships with government, corporate partners, and community stakeholders
* Develop and implement compliance policies, frameworks, and reporting systems across all enterprises
* Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements
* Drive marketing initiatives to promote Gumatj businesses, services, and community outcomes
* Provide high-level advice to the Executive and Board on legal, compliance, and property matters
* Support the development of business opportunities through effective communication, negotiation, and risk management
What We're Looking For
* A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in law
* Demonstrated experience in compliance, governance, or regulatory management
* Strong background in property, leasing, and contracts
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships with sensitivity and professionalism
* Strategic marketing and communications experience
* Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment
