About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to work as a Butcher or Knife Hand in our expert team.
Fresh produce is essential to our business, and we prioritize high standards of food safety and quality control. We foster an environment of openness, cooperation, and teamwork, utilizing industry-leading software for full product traceability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 5am to 2pm
* Dicing, portion cutting, various butchering tasks, maintaining high levels of workplace health and safety, upholding high food safety standards, general butchery work, and breaking lambs & pork

Required Skills:
* Fully qualified butcher, skilled knife hand, and production worker willing to learn
* Experience working with a team of butchers
* Great knife skills
* Positive can-do attitude
* Willingness to learn and perform long, tedious, repetitive jobs
