Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation and ongoing enhancement of IT service management processes and tools for our clients. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and continuously improve ITSM processes to support our clients' goals and industry standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Designing, implementing, and continuously improving IT service management processes to support our clients' goals and industry standards;
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain comprehensive IT service management policies, procedures, and workflows;
* Administering and configuring the IT service management platform to meet evolving business needs and enhance service delivery capabilities;
* Providing technical leadership and mentorship, promoting a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning;
* Monitoring and analyzing service performance metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and optimize service management practices;
* Serving as a key liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure IT service management initiatives deliver measurable value.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 12-18 months' experience in a similar role;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and resolver teams;
* Experience of leading major incident resolution and managing the development and successful implementation of ITIL incident management processes within large and complex IT environments;
* A strong service management attitude, with commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement;
* Comprehensive understanding of service delivery technologies and the application of these technologies relevant to IT service management.
