We are seeking a highly motivated Sale & Service Engineer with experience in industrial inkjet printers and packaging machinery to join our team in Brisbane. This role involves providing technical support, installation, maintenance and sales of inkjet printing systems to our customers across various industries.
Requirements:
Proven experience in inkjet printing technology (preferable industrial inkjet systems).
Background in electromechanical, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel within the Brisbane area and occasionally interstate.
Valid driver's license.
Key responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial inkjet printers.
Provide technical support and training to clients.
Identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships with customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and offer customized solutions.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
