The role: Manage a full end-to-end portfolio of workers compensation claims for a respected government client. Take ownership of the claims process from initial liability decisions through to final resolution. Collaborate with internal leaders to share insights, contribute to reporting, and influence team strategy. Provide genuine support to injured workers while driving positive return-to-work outcomes. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in workers compensation claims management, either end-to-end or front-end specialist. Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation and how to apply it in practice. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
