We are seeking a Warehouse Leading Hand/Manager for a very hands-on role at a clothing/workwear company based in Canning Vale.
You will be in control of the 12,500 units, receiving and despatching them using the RS Pace warehouse system.
This position suits a person with small business experience.
You will have some experience in managing staff and will be leading the team in all functions.
Managing 2 full-time staff and 2 casual.
Duties include processing the receipt of goods and despatching products to over 200 accounts statewide.
From retail to B2B businesses.
Co-ordinating the various workloads for staff while.
ORDERS
Wave Orders
Pick/Pack orders
Put away stock when required
Attend customers’ pickups and Queries
Process GRA’s
WAREHOUSE
Manage and direct all warehouse staff
Manage KPI’s, Orders and GRA’s
Performance manage employees as required
Be proficient and able to train warehouse staff
Continually be on the warehouse floor
Induction of new staff as required
Manage all machinery, this includes breakdowns
Manage inwards container area and staff
Manage stock checks from a warehouse level
Oversee warehouse projects as directed
Alert operation’s manager of their absence, HR Manager of any OHS or staff issues that may arise in the warehouse.

Managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Orders, and Goods Received Authorisations (GRAs) involving tracking, measuring, and optimising various aspects of the business process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Salary $70K plus super NEG for the right person.
