About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to support the maintenance and repair of hospital buildings and infrastructure. The role involves identifying issues, reporting on required rectification works and contributing to continuous improvement across the facilities team. All tasks must be performed safely, professionally and in line with organisational policies and legislative requirements.
Responsibilities
* Carry out carpentry works, inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the hospital remains safe, functional and compliant with relevant standards.
* Identify maintenance issues and report on required rectification works.
* Manage and order supplies, liaise with suppliers, and complete work orders efficiently to minimise disruption to patient care.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the facilities team.
