Student Wellbeing Leader
This executive role is critical to delivering an integrated approach to wellbeing, where services such as counselling, accessibility, and chaplaincy are aligned under a shared mission of empowerment and equity.
As our Chief Student Wellbeing Officer, you will provide strategic leadership for mental health, safety, disability, and inclusion, positioning the institution as a national leader in student support and community care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement evidence-based wellbeing strategies that promote student success, engagement, and retention.
* Provide expert leadership on wellbeing issues relating to university students, including psychosocial safety, psychosocial practice models, and systemic work practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align wellbeing services, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Requirements:
* Expert knowledge of wellbeing issues relating to university students, including evidence-based clinical practice, equity and inclusion, and psychosocial safety.
* Detailed understanding of frameworks and strategies for health promotion, prevention, and wellbeing related to university issues.
* Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent in relevant area (psychology or mental health) and registration or eligibility for registration with appropriate professional association.
* Blue Card and current Registration with AHPRA or AASW.
