About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the Portfolio and Performance section within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making, optimising project investments, and ensuring the successful delivery of the organisation’s portfolio of initiatives. Your duties will include: Providing strategic and operational oversight of the Portfolio and Performance section. Developing and maintaining frameworks and processes for organisational investments. Leading collaboration with senior executives to assess initiatives and recommend next steps. Overseeing the tracking and reporting of project portfolio performance. Managing risks, issues, and variances to optimise project returns. Building and fostering a high-performing team aligned with organisational values. Skills and Experience we are looking for: Tertiary qualifications in health, project/program/portfolio management, or relevant experience in a government EPMO. Certification in Prince2, PMBOK, MSP, Agile, or related methodologies. Proven experience in leading transformational projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities. Strong leadership and accountability in managing diverse teams and complex projects. Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels. Expertise in strategic planning, risk management, and decision-making in ambiguous environments.
