About the Position
The HR & Finance Officer will work closely with the Faculty Business Director to deliver comprehensive Human Resources (HR) and Financial administration support to the Bond Business School. The role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth administration of HR and finance processes, contributing to the efficient operation of the staffing functions and broader administrative activities. A significant aspect of the position involves managing HR & finance documentation, including the preparation and processing of employment contracts for both academic and professional staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling employment variations
* Coordinating academic rehire contracts
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner
* Essential financial coordination and support across a range of activities
* Managing purchase orders, accounts payable and receivable
* Overseeing travel arrangements for Business School staff
Requirements
* Experience reconciling credit cards, processing expense claims, and handling FBT and petty cash
* The ability to maintain a high level of discretion
* Experience handling financial data
* Strong communication skills
* Post‐secondary qualification in business, finance or office admin or similar work experience
* Can‐do attitude and be willing to learn and multitask

Salary Details
The salary for the position is within the range of $71,938.46 to $75,990.21 plus 12% superannuation, commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience.
