Rebates Coordinator / Operational support

Location: Sunbury, VIC

Hours: 4 days per week, 4 hours per day (16 hours total)

Type: Part-time, in-office only

Bluegum Electrical Solutions is a family-run business in the Macedon Ranges/Sunbury region, specialising in high-quality solar and all-electric home energy solutions. We're known for our local, genuine approach and commitment to helping homeowners achieve comfort and convenience through smarter energy.

We're looking for a Rebates Coordinator to join our team in our Sunbury office. Where you'll be working onsite with our supportive, close-knit team.


What you'll do

* Manage and process solar, battery, hot water, and HVAC rebates (Solar Vic, STCs, VEECs, etc.)
* Liaise with clients to collect and verify required documentation
* Submit rebate applications accurately and on time
* Communicate with suppliers and authorities when required
* Maintain organised digital records and ensure compliance with rebate guidelines


What we're looking for

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident with technology (Google Workspace, CRM systems)
* Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members
* Organised and able to manage deadlines
* Previous experience in admin or compliance preferred (energy rebates training will be provided)
