This role involves collaborating with individuals and brands—particularly in the fashion, beauty, and product-based industries—to strategise, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms.Key Responsibilities:• Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).• Work closely with clients to understand their brand, audience, and business goals.• Create compelling ad creatives and copy in collaboration with designers or independently using available tools.• Track and analyse campaign performance metrics, ensuring ROI and KPI targets are met.• Continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing, audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative iteration.• Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.• Stay up-to-date on trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising.Qualifications:• Proven experience managing successful ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.• Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing results (e.g., ROAS improvements, lead generation, increased conversions).• Deep understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, funnel strategy, and ad creatives.• Experience working with clients in fashion, beauty, or product-based industries.• Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into strategy.• Strong communication and project management skills.Ideal Candidate:You’re not just an ad manager—you’re a strategic thinker who knows how to make every dollar count.
