Are you an experienced HR professional with a knack for detail and a passion for supporting key processes? We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Advisor on a 2-month contract within the state government.
This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced, administrative-focused environment. You will be instrumental in a central change project, providing essential support to recruitment panels and applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Administration: You'll manage the end-to-end administrative process for applications, interviews, and shortlisting. This includes tracking progress, storing documents, and ensuring clear communication with both applicants and recruitment panels.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and book interviews efficiently to support timely recruitment outcomes.
- Documentation & Data Management: Maintain and update vacancy tracking spreadsheets and collate all necessary recruitment reports and documents.
- Payroll Support: Assist with the packaging of new starter information for payroll processing.
About You:
- You have high proficiency in SharePoint and Office 365.
- You possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- You have demonstrated experience in a service support role.
- Experience in a state government environment and working within a change workplace is highly desirable.
