Payroll Specialist - AUS - 12 month Parental Leave Cover Alexandria | Hybrid | High-growth tech environment Competitive salary A high-growth, globally recognised technology organisation is seeking a detail-driven Payroll Specialist to support payroll delivery across the APAC region. This role sits within a collaborative global payroll function and offers exposure to multi-country payroll in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Role You will support end-to-end payroll operations while partnering closely with Finance, HRIS and external providers to ensure accuracy, compliance and strong controls. Key responsibilities: End-to-end payroll processing across APAC jurisdictions Monthly payroll, reconciliations and reporting Ensuring compliance with tax, super and statutory obligations Managing complex payroll queries and escalations Supporting process improvement and automation initiatives Partnering with HRIS and People teams on data integrity Vendor and stakeholder management About You You are a naturally curious payroll professional who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
