Your Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in solving the HR community's hiring challenges in Adelaide. You'll build strong relationships with HR professionals (both candidates and clients), proactively expanding our client base to support the growth of our South Australia operations. Key objectives include:
* Building solid relationships within the HR community, focusing on advisory and solution provision as a true 360 recruitment consultant.
* Supporting existing requirements for both temporary and permanent roles on a busy desk.
* Maintaining and developing a strong pipeline of HR candidates, supporting their application journey and employment.
* Serving as a trusted partner and advisor to clients as a domain expert in recruiting HR practitioners.
* Being ambitious, driven, and results-oriented to achieve your goals.
* Balancing client management, recruitment, and administrative tasks effectively to meet your objectives.
