What You'll Be Doing
Assist in developing and configuring PLC-based control systems for industrial machinery and automation equipment
Program and debug PLCs (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) with guidance from senior engineers
Design and update HMI interfaces for operator control and system monitoring
Support system testing, start up, and field commissioning activities
Contribute to documentation, wiring diagrams, and compliance with relevant safety standards
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on experience in controls or automation engineering
Familiar with PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, etc.)
Exposure to HMI or SCADA platforms (e.g., Factory Talk View, Win CC, Ignition)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layouts
Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn
Open to occasional travel for commissioning and customer support
Bonus Skills
Experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens automation platforms
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ether Net/IP, Modbus, etc.)
Exposure to motion control, robotics, or machine integration
