Requirements
* A strong track record of leadership experience, ideally in a Customer Service or Operations Supervisor/Manager role.
* Background in the Earthmoving, Mining, or Construction Industries, with a deep understanding of their complexities.
* Proven ability to analyse operational performance and implement effective solutions that drive results.
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing expense budgets.
