The Role
Giftd Collective is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can lead clever campaigns, build meaningful brand partnerships, and bring three much-loved (and growing) food brands to life.
You’ll sit at the centre of everything—connecting creative, product, sales, content, and external partners to deliver campaigns that don’t just look good, but work. From cupcakes that elevate celebrations, to gourmet gifting that wows, to indulgent doughnuts that people can't get enough of, you’ll know how to bring people together to make big ideas land. If you’re hungry for variety and love mixing creativity with strategy, this is your dream gig.
You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Product Manager, Content Creator/Marketing Coordinator, and an external Graphic Designer, plus a network of collaborators, suppliers, and partners.
We’re open to part-time (4 days) for the right person.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Calendar Lead
Own and orchestrate the monthly marketing calendar across all three brands—aligning launches, promotions, partnerships, and content so everything lands seamlessly.
Collaboration & Partnership Driver
Build and manage collaborations with creators, suppliers, brand partners, and internal teams—turning great relationships into high-performing campaigns.
Campaign Architect
Lead integrated campaigns from idea to execution—seasonal moments, brand launches, partnerships, and promotions—bringing multiple stakeholders together to deliver standout results.
Email & CRM Strategist
Plan, test, and optimise EDMs and flows that drive engagement and sales, working cross-functionally to align messaging and timing.
Social, Content & Paid Lead
Oversee organic social and paid social campaigns—briefing content, managing budgets, testing audiences and creative, and optimising performance.
Performance & Optimisation
Track results, share insights, and collaborate with the wider team to refine campaigns and improve performance over time.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years in marketing (food, gifting, retail or lifestyle brands highly regarded)
* Proven experience juggling calendars, socials, and multi-brand campaigns without dropping a beat.
* A flair for copy and an eye for brand storytelling.
* Proven experience leading collaborations or partnerships
* A marketer who balances creative intuition with commercial thinking
* Solid project management skills—you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction
