Your responsibilities:
* Prep, cook, and plate dishes with flair, consistency, and top-notch quality.
* Support menu innovation with modern twists while keeping the classics perfect.
* Keep service speedy and smooth — even when the ticket machine is spitting fire.
* Manage stock, portion sizes, and reduce wastage like a kitchen ninja.
* Train, mentor, and inspire junior staff (sharing your kitchen wisdom is part of the gig).
* Uphold food safety and compliance — sparkling clean kitchen = happy customers.
* Collaborate with FOH to deliver seamless service and five-star guest experiences.
