We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a 14 : 7 roster, providing exceptional front-line service across multiple sites in Central and North Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.
Greet and assist guests and clients with professionalism.
Manage and maintain records, documentation, and appointments.
Prepare and distribute client documents as required.
Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, invoicing, and document management.
Minimum Criteria
At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor.
Willingness to work across different sites on a DIDO roster.
Knowledge of flight and accommodation systems is a plus.
