Job Description
The Woorabinda Multi-Purpose Health Service is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join their Community Health Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating health program activities. Temporary deployment may occur to fill critical staffing shortages within the community health team.
This role plays an important part in providing clinical support for Primary Health Care workers and others in the delivery of Primary Health Care Program activities. Collaboration with the community, other agencies, and the wider health service team is essential towards improving community health and well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate.
* Eligibility for appointment as an Authorised Mental Health Practitioner under the Mental Health Act 2016 would be highly desirable.

* An hourly rate between $54.44 - $58.30 p.h.
