Job Description:
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative building automation and HVAC control solutions across various property and construction sectors. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and New Zealand, we pride ourselves on using both open protocol and proprietary systems from multiple industry-leading suppliers.
Your primary objective will be to provide engineering support across multiple building management & control system projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and engineer multiple projects concurrently
* Design BMS solutions that meet project scope, time, and cost requirements
* Develop engineering outputs: system architectures, points lists, schedules, functional descriptions, software, and graphics
* Integrate third-party systems including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, lighting, and fire
* Support commissioning stages of projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate should possess:
* A trade or tertiary qualification in mechanical, electrical, or controls discipline
* Experience with Tridium, Niagara 4, or other BMS platforms
* At least 3 years experience in BMS/HVAC project engineering
* Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
* Experience in Data Centre or Healthcare projects is highly desirable
* A can-do attitude and willingness to learn within a team environment
