We are seeking a highly skilled Screening Media Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product development, management, and marketing.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop screening media site support for key customer installations
* Grow install base by winning major screening media tenders
* Develop Metso Screening media to meet the market demands and expectations
* Drive supply chain improvements to meet market expected lead times
* Grow market trust through business case product awareness
* Regional product development and management
* Spares and media quotation support
* Regional product strategies and action plans
* Application support and media selection proposal support
* Sourcing strategies and management in unison with the delivery team
* Tier 2 technical support
* On site support to market areas and sales channels
* Product support

Requirements:
* Fluent English essential; other language skills are seen as bonus.
* Leadership experience: Proven track record of leading people and business operations
* 10+ years or more experience on related products, services, and industries
* Proven track record of leading change
* Willingness to take ownership and carry responsibility.
* Technical/Commercial degree (MSc, BSc, MBA)or equivalent experience
* Ability to organize, prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously.
* Strategic leadership experience
* Ability to network and interact with a wide range of people with different backgrounds.
* Ability to develop people and solutions to meet future requirements.
* Possess capabilities for fast reaction and response time.
