Requirements:
* Experience in a fast-paced kitchen/cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
* Leadership experience with staff development
* Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate key kitchen financial performance metrics
* Certificate in commercial cooking or equivalent qualifications
* Sound understanding of food safety protocols
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
