Key Responsibilities
* Work alongside seniors to manage commercial projects from concept to completion
* Design Development – design concepts, functional design and aesthetic development
* Space Planning & test fits in line with current codes
* Modelling and documentation – test fits, speculative fitouts, client presentations, tender & construction packages
* FF&E selection, schedules & detailing in line with lead times and budgets
* Site inspections & surveys (existing layout, services audit, furniture & storage audit)
* Presentations – visualisation and communication
Skills and Experience
* 5+ years experience as an Interior Designer
* Qualification in Interior Design or similar
* Highly proficient with Revit
* Experience with planning and designing commercial office fit outs
* A creative, professional portfolio showcasing design style
* Passion and desire to create modern and cutting-edge design
* Great attention to detail and high-level presentations
* Understanding of marketing concepts and engaging visuals
* Must come from a strong design and construct background
