About the Role
Coombabah State School is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Business Manager to work alongside the Principal in delivering strong outcomes for our school community.
You will:
Provide strategic advice and support to the Principal and school leadership team
Lead and manage administrative and corporate service functions across the school
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting processes
Manage human resource functions for school support staff, including recruitment, workforce planning, performance management and professional development
Coordinate facilities and asset management, including minor works and maintenance projects
Implement efficient business processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders and community partners
Lead organisational change and support high-quality service delivery across the school
About You
We are seeking a professional who demonstrates:
Strong leadership and people management capability
Financial and resource management expertise
Strategic thinking and sound decision-making skill
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
Commitment to continuous improvement and quality service delivery
Experience in business, financial, human resource or corporate services management
