Our Aboriginal Home Health service program delivers culturally appropriate in-home support services to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.
We are seeking a skilled and organized **Administration Manager** to lead and supervise a team of Administration Officers within the Aboriginal Home Health Northern Region. The primary responsibility of the Administration Manager is to ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of administrative operations while providing exceptional clerical support to the Regional Manager.
This is a Permanent Full time opportunity with location negotiable across Northern NSW.
**YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:
- Ensuring all incoming enquiries into the branch are managed and triaged professionally in a timely manner
- Be a key point of contact regarding organisation of meetings, yarn ups and annual reviews
- Coordinate travel arrangements for all branch staff as directed
- Lead a team of Administration assistants, while supporting and helping them thrive
- Implement procedures to carry out Governance tasks such as maintaining registers for keys, vehicles, training and insurance
- Manage the receipt, payment and purchasing of goods and services
**ABOUT YOU**:
- An understanding of the needs of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander communities
- Strong administration and clerical skills
- Strong understanding of expenses and travel coordination
- The ability to partner and collaborate across functions to deliver on key strategic initiatives and drive customer obsession
- Extensive organisation and time management skills
- The ability to effectively motivate and manage a team of administration staff efficiently to see the branch thrive in our fast-paced environment
