Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and provide efficient and effective delivery of professional nursing care and support to clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective leadership, supervision, and clinical support where necessary.
This is an immediate start position, with options for part-time or full-time work.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide individualized and personalized support to clients in their homes, according to their support plans and medical practitioner's directions.
* Work under the guidance and supervision of medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and communicate effectively with clients and families.
* Monitor and report on client's condition, health, and wellbeing.
* Administer medication and provide complex clinical care, including palliative care, bowel care, catheter care, stoma care, and oxygen therapy.
* Ensure all services are provided in a caring and respectful manner, according to Just Better Care's policies and procedures, and legislative requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High level verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven relationship management and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and use technology for accessing rosters and recording customer assessments.
Requirements
* Current Registered Nurse registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Evidence of continued professional development.
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check.
* Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.
* Previous experience in community care or health/aged care sector (desired).
