Lead Sales and Operations
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to join our team as a Branch Manager.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape your future with us by leading and motivating the branch team to achieve sales and operational goals.
* Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with regional and state objectives.
* Manage financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and inventory.
* Ensure excellent customer service and swift resolution of customer inquiries.
* Champion workplace safety, compliance, and team wellbeing.
* Coordinate staff training, recruitment, payroll, and HR activities in partnership with relevant departments.
* Maintain accurate reporting and communication with senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record in sales, branch management, or similar roles.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Current and valid Australian driver's license.
* Computer literate at an intermediate level.
* Experience or knowledge with Industrial/bearing or power transmission products is advantageous.
