Job Overview:
As a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and IT strategies. You will ensure that architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
* Ensure architecture is scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ServiceNow solutions.
* Provide technical guidance and support to developers, administrators, and junior architects.
* Develop and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and long-term technology strategies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
* Expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other modules.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a technical team.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* 8+ years of experience managing the ServiceNow Platform.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
* Good to have ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Certification.
* Excellent analytical and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
* Strong stakeholder relationship building skills.
* Strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
