The Opportunities
We are working with a range of private firms—from boutique practices to mid-tier heavyweights—who are looking for specialists to lead matters and mentor junior staff.
We are specifically looking to connect with talent across the following pillars :
Wills & Estates: Estate planning, probate, letters of administration, and complex estate litigation.
Conveyancing & Property: Residential and commercial acquisitions / disposals, leasing, and development work.
Commercial Law: Business structuring, contract negotiation, mergers & acquisitions, and general commercial advisory.
About You
To be considered for these upcoming and current opportunities, you will possess :
Experience: A minimum of 5+ years PAE in Australian law with a strong track record in one or more of the above disciplines.
Autonomy: The ability to run files independently from open to close with minimal supervision.
Client Focus: Superior communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal matters to clients in plain English.
Ambition: A drive to progress your career, mentor junior associates, and contribute to the firm's strategic growth.
Highly Valued : Business Development
While technical excellence is a must, we are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who possess strong business development skills.
Candidates with a proven ability to generate their own referrals or those holding a portable book of business will be highly regarded.
