Job Description

* Allocate and organise daily room assignments and team responsibilities
* Perform detailed room inspections to ensure brand excellence is upheld
* Support roster planning and operational efficiency
* Coach, mentor and train Housekeeping team members in line with brand standards
* Respond to guest requests, feedback, and solve problems with grace and urgency
* Ensure rooms are released in a timely manner to meet check-in targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Front Office and Engineering to support a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
* Experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role (luxury or upscale hotel background is ideal)
* Strong leadership and team coordination skills
* Meticulous eye for detail and standards of cleanliness
* Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Clear communication - written, verbal and interpersonal
* A proactive and guest-first mindset
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster across mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends
