Automotive Service Advisor / Administration Assistant – Full Time
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in a full-time role within a busy automotive workshop environment.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in the mechanical/automotive industry who enjoys customer interaction, organisation, and supporting workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
* Car parts sales
* Answering and managing phone enquiries
* Delivering high-quality customer service
* Booking customers and coordinating job schedules
* Organising and allocating jobs for workshop mechanics
* Assisting the Service Manager with daily operations
* Preparing quotes for customers
* Entering and processing supplier invoices
* Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
* Maintaining a clean and tidy front-of-house and office area
About You:
* Genuine interest in and commitment to the automotive/mechanical industry
* Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
* Confident computer and general technology skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking
* Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Current driver's licence and reliable transport
