The Role
As our Marketing & Events Executive, you'll manage the full lifecycle of paid marketing campaigns and client events - from strategic planning and creative execution to performance optimisation and reporting. Working across our multidisciplinary team of PR, social media, design, and brand specialists, you'll be the driving force behind campaigns that deliver measurable results.
You'll support the Director with partnership management and media negotiations while maintaining hands-on responsibility for campaign setup, copywriting, event logistics, and stakeholder coordination. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills - someone who can balance multiple client projects, stay ahead of platform innovations and consumer trends, and consistently deliver marketing solutions that meet client objectives and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across digital, social, radio, TV, OOH, and emerging platforms
* Write compelling copy for ads, manage campaign setup, and continuously optimise performance based on data insights
* Plan and deliver end-to-end event experiences including trade shows, conferences, and brand activations
* Manage media negotiations, vendor relationships, and partnership activations
* Provide strategic direction and collaborate across teams to ensure holistic, integrated solutions
* Track performance metrics and deliver insightful reporting to clients and stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with the Super Studio directors and our multidisciplinary team of PR, social media, design and brand specialists.

This role is advertised as full-time, but we're open to part-time arrangements for the right candidate.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in a marketing and events executive role or similar position
* Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and statistical methods
* Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
* Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM platforms)
* Familiarity with social media platforms and web analytics
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritise in fast-paced environments
* High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Creativity and awareness of industry trends
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
